 Hetauda Area
a) Hetauda City: 
Hetauda city, inhabited by almost 100 thousand people and named after Hedamba, is one of the important industrial area of Nepal. It is the headquarter of Makawanpur district and has many facilities like hotel
and guest house, school and college, drinking water, trasportation and telecommunication. The city is famous for its neat and clean environment with greenary. Puspalal Park, Bhutandevi Temple, Banaskhandi and industrial area are the main attraction of the city.
b) Hetauda Industrial District:

Hetauda Industrial District lies at the southern part of Hetauda. It is the largest industrial district of Nepal with national and multi-national companies. These industries are the main sources of employment for the people of Makawanpur.






c) Martrys' memorials:
                                                                         This actually is the unique establishment by the local bodies in honour of the great people of the history who offered their life for nationality ,soveregnty and establishment of democracy in the country. As one of the major component of this place, there is fascinating image of twelve martyrs in a single stone carving. This spot has attractive garden, veiw tower, zoo, Madan Batika, the statue of people’s leader Madan Bhandari and the children park. It is rapidly emerging as one of the recreational venue not only for the people of neighbouring district but also for the people from different part of country and neighbouring cities of India as well. The increasing number of visitors clearly indicates the bright future of this beautiful place. Manmohan view tower at Bhairab Danda is errected with a purpose to view the Hetauda city.
d) Puspalal Park:
Puspalal Park, one of the pleasant site to visit, lies at the central part of Hetauda. One can enjoy the park by observing beautiful flowers and herbal plants in peace, healthy and family environment. Surrounded by
Ashok trees, the park has a pond at the centre where one can enjoy boating. The park is established in memory of late Puspa lal Shrestha, founder of Nepal Communist Party. Inside the park area there is Puspalal Memorial Library.
